Humanists of Idaho is governed by a Board of Directors, consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer; and directed through our By Laws. Elections are held each even numbered year via e-mail/mail balloting, with results counted, verified and approved at the April membership meeting of the election year. Board seats vacated between elections will be filled with active members and approved by Board vote.
The Board typically meets on the fourth monday of each month, except December. Board meetings usually take place at the Loft of the Flicks Theater on Fulton St.
